Tools Of Our Session

Tools Of Our Session

Move

Moving your body helps to sense your body.

Informed by Pilates and Movement for Trauma, we’ll explore shapes & sequences aimed at safely supporting the unsticking of your nervous system in the places it might be stuck.

Talk

Talking tell us where and how the stickiness is felt.

Your story is important — always. To understand the whole story, we’ll get curious about the felt side of the story as you talk about your experiences.

Touch

Touch invites tactile support for the unsticking.

Touch can provide support your muscles, joints, and viscera and a felt sense for containment and coherence in your body. Whether or not we explore this tool is your choice — always.

We work with the body because stress and trauma are held in the body and healed through the bodyhealing it requires feeling it with the right co-created conditions.
